It was my second time to shoot in 16mm film and first time to edit it manually with film strips. It was a painful experience. But it helped me to learn more about the structures in editing and how to assembly simple pictures together to tell a powerful message. My goal was to show the process of learning the sign language. I decided to do each scene with a purpose. Each of shots you see in this film has reasons.
