The team I’m working with is the creators of hugely successful My Dream App, I’m a new addition to the team as a graphic/website designer.

Is anyone else getting the feeling that Mac software is turning into more of a hits-and-productions, personality-driven market like Hollywood and the record industry, and less like the dull retail commodity market it used to be?

I am getting tired of the attempt for a few guys forming a coalition of software. The software that these guys sell is nice, but usually have far fewer features when compared to their PC counterpart that is FREE.
Mark, your concern is a valid one but you will be surprised at what Mac Heist will be doing :)
