Super paint!!! I used to draw with that app when i was 7 years old! i miss it too…
Superpaint – a very clever and capable program!! I liked it too!! I used it for several years to combine graphics and text. It was only one or two years ago that my last still-in-use-file was hand converted to Illustrator. (Which rules nowadays for this purpose…)But I haven’t deleted the app from my older computer, so there’s still the possibility to boot in OS9 (those were the days…..) and fire it up. Sigh – a trip down memory lane…:-)
Toronto, Canada’s quirky popsters Barenaked Ladies were never ones to follow a trend. They were more interested in making someone laugh than being astute and serious.barenaked lady ticketMost of all, a friendship consumed this band and that bond cemented their place in alternative rock. Teenage friends Ed Robertson and Steven Page found themselves laughing at the innocent and child-like term “barenaked lady” while attending a Bob Dylan concert in 1988.
I miss that application too. The old stuff was more intuitive and didn’t fail like stuff today does. A lot of new software, like Adobe, is bloatware, where simple stuff is hard to do.
I still have Aldus Superpaint t-shirt from MacWorld.
